Test a Product Idea in Four Steps

NVE publishes dated flood warnings through a versioned REST endpoint. Start with today's and tomorrow's English Warning records; an empty list means no qualifying entries returned for that scope, not an all-clear. NVE asks reusers to present complete bulletin context and credit Varsom.
